The Refinery is a collective of passionate, independent artists committed to transforming not only your hair but your confidence. We specialize in lived-in blondes, full-head highlights, extensions, and effortless, confidence-boosting haircuts and blowouts. We also offer aesthetic services including injectables, making us your one stop destination for modern beauty. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our time. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures we can stay on schedule and provide the best experience for all clients. ⸻ Guest Policy: To maintain a safe, focused, and professional environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend your appointment unless they are being serviced. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
